At Petunox®, we stand firmly behind the quality of all our pet essentials—from cozy beds to playful accessories. We recommend giving your pet dog and cat, or other, at least 14 days to enjoy and adapt to their new favorite item.

If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, you may be eligible for a full refund (excluding original shipping fees). To start a return, please email us at 📧 hello@petunox.com with your Order Number and the email address used at checkout.

🔄 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • After this window, your order enters processing and cannot be changed.

  • Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.

We’re confident you and your pet will love our products. If you’re still unsatisfied after 14 days of use, simply return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

📦 Damaged Items

  • A product is “damaged” if it arrives with a functional defect (minor packaging dents do not qualify).

  • Report damage within 72 hours of delivery by emailing 📧 hello@petunox.com with a photo of the issue.

  • Eligible claims receive a no-cost replacement.

Note: We cannot accept returns or replacements for wear-and-tear, misuse, or normal pet use.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

We ship promptly, but Petunox® is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

  • Customs processing

  • Lost or stolen packages

🏠 Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please verify your address at checkout.

  • To correct an error, notify us at 📧 hello@petunox.com within 24 hours of ordering.

  • If not informed in time and the package is returned or lost, you will be responsible for reshipment fees or may be ineligible for a refund.
